Teacher meetings in a variety of formats, both social and topic-based, gather regularly by instrument; currently String, Guitar, and Piano.[1] Member input ensures that the Association continues to be a vital resource for the region’s Suzuki teachers.

Three open GPSA Board meetings are held each year; September, January, and May.

The Board schedules an Annual Meeting with broad interest to our membership (e.g., Dalcroze, Alexander Technique, Baroque dance, training in Improvisation, Suzuki teaching interests, and Master classes).

The GPSA website, www.greaterphiladelphiasuzuki.org, has information on GPSA sponsored events and up and coming developments. An Event Calendar comes to your inbox as well as timely flyers and brochures to keep you up to date. The GPSA Membership Directory lists Suzuki educators in the greater Philadelphia region. Our Teacher Search enables you to list your school or studio for potential new students in your area.

Additionally, use of the GPSA Logo for members’ recitals and programs shows your support and commitment to Dr. Suzuki’s vision that all children can be educated with finely developed abilities and a nobleness of heart
